This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property has no lift and all rooms are accessible by stairs. The name on the credit card has to match the name on the ID. If a third credit card is used, th property reserves the right to require a Third Party Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled presented along with a copy of the card holder's ID and credit card on arrival. Please note there is no reception at the property.
