This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You are kindly requested to inform the property in advance about your estimated arrival time. You will be able to insert this information in the section Special Requests at the time of booking or you can contact the property directly. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please inform the property in advance. After a booking is made, you will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding the payment procedures and the key collection. Final cleaning fees are included in the price. Check-in and key collection takes place outside: 27 Great Cumberland Place London W1H 7LD. Late check-in after 20:00 is possible upon request and subject to a surcharge. Please note that the lead guest has to be 25 years or older.
