You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is a registered holiday home apartment; it is also a serviced apartment but not a standalone hotel. All guests are required to provide photo identifications or passport copies at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to facilitate check-ins. Please note that parties; gatherings, smoking inside the apartments, pets are not allowed on any unit as per community management rules. All units are provided to our valuable guests in a neat and serviced order, any additional housekeeping services during guest stays can be arranged upon client’s request at an additional cost. Payment 2-4 days before arrival via bank transfer can also be accepted. The Guest Relations Executive of FAM Holiday Homes - City Walk can provide further instructions. Please note that all late check-ins after 9:00 PM (UAE time) are subject to an additional charge of 200 AED. Late check-ins from 21:00 until 8:00 are subject to a fee. Please contact the property for details. Community shared swimming pool & gym is only available from 9:00 to 21:30.
