Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please not that this property is not wheelchair accessible. Guests with wheelchairs may find it difficult to maneuver within the complex and the apartments. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Reception will request $200 security deposit. Guests aged 0-17 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof and guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that the property is accessible via 10 steps. Please note that when booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. If you come for self isolation, please do not book the shared room/apartment. You'll have to book the whole apartment. Otherwise you will not be able to check in due to the health and safety issue. All guests must present vaccine pass. Reception closes at 9 pm and opens at 9 am. After-hour check-in is not available.
