A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-out is possible for a surcharge and upon a prior approval. For holidays between 1.12.2023 and 21.4.2024 ski passes, cable cars and water parks are included for registered Gopass members. Dear guests, the reception of Chalets Jasná Collection is available only for planned arrivals and departures in May and June.
