A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must provide a valid photo ID such as a passport, driving license or national ID card. Guests must also bring the credit card used to book. The card holder must be present upon check-in. Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are all of a similar standard, but may differ slightly to the ones shown. Guests at least 18 years of age have free access to local health club with cardio and weight machines, a small heated indoor pool, a sauna and a steam room. (It is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Beaufort House) Children Admissions Policy for leisure pool: Access hours – Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 Saturdays and Sunday unrestricted access Children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by parent or person aged 18+ In the morning the swimming pool has private lessons and the pool will be closed. There may be private lessons with restricted access to swimming pool. Please note that each type of apartment has set a maximum occupancy. The property reserves the right to refuse entry should the amount of guests exceed the number stated on the website. Please note that in case of a pre-paid reservation, guests will need to show the payment card used for payment and produce photo ID upon check-in. Guests unable to provide the same payment card will be unable to check in. In regards to third party payments, you will be required to fill in a third party authorisation form and provide a copy of ID and a copy of the card (both sides) being used. This form authorises the property to charge the card provided. Please contact the property immediately after booking to obtain the card authorisation form. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. The property operates a strict no-party policy.
