Please note that some apartments are located on the 5th floor, and the lift only reaches up to the 4th floor. Access to the 5th floor is done through stairs. Please let Aparsol Apartments know your expected arrival time at least 48 hours in advance, using the email address provided on your booking confirmation. On arrival in Madrid, please contact the property by telephone at least 30 minutes before you expect to arrive at the apartment. You can use the telephone number in your booking confirmation. Please note that there is EUR 25 charge for late check-in starting from 22:30. Guests must provide a valid credit card upon arrival.
